With LiveChat, you simply log into Pathway's customer portal with your username and password and begin a text-based conversation with our friendly and qualified Technical Support Representatives. |

| When can I use LiveChat? |

| You may use LiveChat any time you need Technical Support. LiveChat is available to Pathway customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round and is, of course, free. |

| Do I have to download and install any software to use Pathway LiveChat? |
|
| No. LiveChat is completely web-based and can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet. To use LiveChat, you must be able to connect to the Internet and access the web with your web browser. LiveChat saves you time on hold on the telephone. If you are a residential user with a dial up account, you need not log off to access Pathway Technical Support. And, it allows you to instantly receive clear, text based help for your technical problems. |

| How do I use LiveChat? |
|
To use LiveChat, you need to first log into Pathway's secure website site with your full Email Address (e.g. name@pathcom.com) for "Username" and Email Password for "Password".
Once you are within the site, click on the image under Pathway LIVECHAT. This will open a Chat Request Window.
We ask that, before you proceed, you be ready with: |

If a Pathway Technical Support Representatives is available, he/she will begin the process of trouble-shooting immediately.
If a Representative is busy dealing with another client, and is not available, you will see a message, which says: |

Welcome YourName! Please hold while we contact a representative. If a representative does not respond in a few seconds, then he/she is not available at this time.

| Can I save a transcript of my chat session to review later? |
|
| Yes. You may save and view a transcript of your chat session later. You may either print the contents of your chat session by clicking on the "Print" link on the right side of the chat window, or opt to receive a copy of your chat session transcript by email immediately after you close your chat session. To receive a copy by email, please input your email address in the text field provided and click on the "Submit" button. |

| Can anyone other than Pathway Technical Support or I see the transcript of my chat session? |
|
| No. We keep the transcripts of user chat sessions only for problem solving purposes and this information is not shared with or disclosed to any outside party. |
