Take advantage of LiveChat and SmartDesk - our online support tools designed to reduce the hassle of troubleshooting your Internet service. Both tools are available free of charge to all Pathway clients.

Pathway LiveChat is a quick and convenient way to contact, and communicate with, our Technical Support Representatives, using a secure live 'chat' screen. With LiveChat, you simply log into the Pathway Customer Portal with your Username and Password and begin a text-based conversation with our qualified Technical Support Representatives.

Pathway SmartDesk allows our Technical Support Representatives (TSRs) to remotely access your computer, with your permission, and to share your mouse and keyboard for troubleshooting and/or diagnostic purposes. Please note that you may use this service only when you are on the phone / LiveChat with a Pathway Technical Support Representative.
