| What are the new features of the enhanced Dial-up plans? |

The enhanced Dial-up plans include an increase in dial-up hours, email accounts, webspace and addition of a dial-up accelerator, (for Plan 2, 3 and 3F subscribers)! The V2 Accelerated Access service is a dial-up accelerator that increases the performance of your Internet access and allows you to experience the Internet up to 7 times faster than normal dial-up connections.
You may also subscribe to the Personal Security Suite, a comprehensive security solution that protects you against spam, viruses, inappropriate web content and other malicious attacks on your PC. Learn more here.

| Am I affected by the enhanced Dial-up plans? |

| Your Dial-up plans have been improved to include more useful features and exciting services. This enhancement will not interrupt your Internet service and you will only receive benefits from this improvement. |

| Will my monthly fees increase? |

| Your monthly fees will remain the same. Pathway has added more value to your Dial-up plan so you may take advantage of more features and exciting services. |

| How do I upgrade my Dial-up plan? |
|
| You may upgrade your Dial-up plan by logging in with your Pathway Username and Password. Select "Upgrade Your Plan" on the main page and complete the online form. You may also call us at 416-214-6363 to speak with a Sales Representative. |

| How do I subscribe to Virus Protection for my email account? |
|
Pathway's inbound virus scanning service is available for $9.99/year (plus GST) per email account - that's less than 85 cents a month!
Log into with your Username and Password. Select "Mailbox Setup" from the left-hand menu and click on "Buy Virus Protection". |

| How does the V2 Accelerated Access service work? |
|
| Pathway's V2 Accelerated Access service uses patented acceleration, compression and network optimization to enhance your dial-up online experience. Through the use of proprietary text and image compression, content caching and network optimization technologies, V2 Accelerated Access streamlines text, graphics, Flash and web-based emails (including attachments) to speed up your Internet access. |

| The V2 Accelerated Access service offers an Internet experience up to 7 times faster than normal dial-up services. |

| Will V2 Accelerated Access service speed up all my online activities? |
|
Most of your online activities such as web browsing and email will significantly increase. V2 Accelerated Access uses proprietary lossless compression to text, html, xml, javascript and style sheets. Proprietary image compression is applied to GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, bitmap formats and Flash content. Email traffic (POP3, IMAP and SMTP) and FTP is also increased using lossless compression.
V2 Accelerated Access service does not speed up file downloads (except over FTP) and streaming audio/video. |

| How do I use my browser with the V2 Accelerated Access service? |
|
| Once you have installed the V2 Accelerated Access agent on your PC, the program operates in the background without any end-user configuration. The program is launched automatically every time Windows starts with no interruption to your Internet connection. |

| How do I sign up for the V2 Accelerated Access service? |
|
Sign up for Dial-up Plan 2, Plan 3 or Plan 3F and receive the V2 Accelerated Access service free of charge! If you sign up for Dial-up Plan 1 or Plan 1F, you may add the V2 Accelerated Access service to your Internet plan at an additional fee.
If you are an existing Dial-up Plan 2, Plan 3, or Plan 3F customer, the V2 Accelerated Access service is included with your plan. If you wish to enable this service, please call the Provisioning Department at (416) 214-6363, opt. 3.
If you are an existing Dial-up Plan 1 or Plan 1F customer and wish to add the V2 Accelerated Access service to your Internet plan, log in with your Pathway Username and Password. Select "Add More Services" on the main page and complete the online form.

| How do I set up my V2 Accelerated Access Service? |
|
To install and set up your Pathway V2 Accelerated Access on your PC, follow the steps below:

Click on the "V2 Accelerated Access" link, which will take you to the V2 download page. |

Click on the "Download V2 Accelerated Access" button to download the software on your computer. |

Install the software following the installation wizard. |

Once the program is installed, it will prompt you for your Dial-up Username and Password. Enter your Dial-up Username and Password. |

Your Pathway V2 Accelerated Access service is now up and running. |
