The referred customer must be a paying Pathway customer for 30 days before the referring customer receives their referral credit. |

Credits are given for referrals of NEW customers only. Upgrades to current accounts, renewals, or new accounts under existing customers are not eligible for referral credits. A new customer is defined as a person or household who has not been a customer of our Internet service during the last 15 months. |

Current customers may refer an unlimited number of customers per month. |

Referral credits are applied upon our receipt of your referral's cleared payment for service. |

Only one referring account can be credited per new account. Once a valid account has been presented as the referring account, this cannot be changed at a later date. |

Referral credits are non-exchangeable, non-transmissible, non-refundable, and are not redeemable as cash. |

If a referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeit. |

New customers must subscribe to a one-year term with FastPath™ Secure or FastPath™ HomeNet. |

Customers that subscribe to any Dial-up Internet plan or LightPath™ will not entitle their referring Pathway subscriber to referral credits. |

Subscribers on a monthly contract cannot earn credits for referring new subscribers. |
 |
The referee must provide the Pathway customer's Full Name and Pathway Account number upon sign up. |
