Terms and Conditions: Referral Program

The referred customer must be a paying Pathway customer for 30 days before the referring customer receives their referral credit.
Credits are given for referrals of NEW customers only. Upgrades to current accounts, renewals, or new accounts under existing customers are not eligible for referral credits. A new customer is defined as a person or household who has not been a customer of our Internet service during the last 15 months.
Current customers may refer an unlimited number of customers per month.
Referral credits are applied upon our receipt of your referral's cleared payment for service.
Only one referring account can be credited per new account. Once a valid account has been presented as the referring account, this cannot be changed at a later date.
Referral credits are non-exchangeable, non-transmissible, non-refundable, and are not redeemable as cash.
If a referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeit.
New customers must subscribe to a one-year term with FastPath™ Secure or FastPath™ HomeNet.
Customers that subscribe to any Dial-up Internet plan or LightPath™ will not entitle their referring Pathway subscriber to referral credits.
Subscribers on a monthly contract cannot earn credits for referring new subscribers.
The referee must provide the Pathway customer's Full Name and Pathway Account number upon sign up.
